Full Stack Technical Lead (AI & Enterprise Solutions)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms and enterprise software solutions. This role combines technical leadership with active software development, requiring a strong engineer who can design secure, scalable, and compliant systems while contributing directly to the codebase. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to build innovative enterprise applications, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade software products from concept to production.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using modern technologies.
Build responsive frontend applications and scalable backend services, APIs, and real-time systems.
Design and implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
Develop AI-powered features, intelligent agents, and workflow automation using modern AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and AI orchestration where applicable.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions while balancing performance, security, and maintainability.
Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and technology selection to ensure long-term product scalability.
Lead, mentor, and support engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices across the team.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and development workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and containerized applications.
Optimize application performance, database architecture, caching strategies, and overall system reliability.
Integrate enterprise platforms, third-party services, AI providers, and external APIs while ensuring security and maintainability.
Ensure compliance with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise SaaS or cloud-native applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on software development.
Professional proficiency in English.
