Role Overview:

The Head of Projects leads and oversees the delivery of BOUD’s project portfolio across technology, innovation, and consulting. The role drives execution excellence, ensures effective governance, and maintains strong relationships with government, semi-government, and enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Oversee multiple projects across technical and non-technical domains, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, ensure alignment, and drive satisfaction.

  • Establish and enforce project governance, frameworks, and best practices across teams.

  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on project status and performance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and delivery teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 7+ years of experience in project management within technology, consulting, or digital transformation environments.

  • Proven experience managing projects with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.

  • PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
