Role Overview:
The Project Manager leads the delivery of BOUD’s projects across innovation, digital, and deep tech. The role manages complex engagements, ensures high-quality delivery and effective governance, and maintains strong client relationships across government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Business functions.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery using structured methodologies and frameworks.
Monitor project performance through KPIs and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, insights, and recommendations to management and clients.
Ensure adherence to governance, documentation standards, and project management best practices.
Support pre-sales and proposal efforts when required, particularly in innovation and deep tech initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in project management within consulting, technology, or digital environments.
Proven experience in consulting for innovation, digital transformation, or deep tech projects.
Strong experience working with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
