Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager manages strategic client accounts and supports business growth across BOUD’s AI, digital, and innovation solutions. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities within accounts, and ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic client accounts across government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor account performance and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and recommendations for management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development.
• Experience in AI, digital, consulting, or innovation sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred.
