The Senior Sales Specialist supports revenue growth by driving sales activities, identifying potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting proposals and client engagements, while building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities and support in achieving revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Engage with clients to understand needs and present BOUD solutions.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in AI, digital, or technology-driven solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet targets.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred.
