Role Overview

The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by managing the full sales cycle, identifying qualified opportunities, and building strategic relationships with clients across government, semi-government, and private sectors. The role focuses on understanding client challenges, positioning BOUD’s services and solutions based on business needs, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements, proposals, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal submission and deal closure.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with BOUD’s services and strategic priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across different sectors.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business challenges, requirements, and potential areas for collaboration.

  • Present BOUD’s solutions and services in alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.

  • Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial discussions.

  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate follow-ups and opportunity tracking.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on project scope, delivery requirements, and client expectations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities to support business growth.

  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets and supporting overall business development objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting, or technology-driven solutions is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with the Saudi market, client ecosystem, and government-related sectors is preferred.
