About the role

In person in 5 days / Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer (Solutions Architect) with a strong background in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to lead the deployment of our applications onto our customers’ environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture design, system integration, and deployment strategies to ensure successful, efficient, and secure application deployments.

A critical aspect of this role is working directly with customers. We’re seeking someone who excels in customer interactions, demonstrates patience, and can effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, step-by-step instructions.

Work directly with customers’ engineering and infra teams to understand their infrastructure, security, and deployment needs. Maintain a service-oriented approach in every interaction.
Design and implement solutions for deploying applications onto Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) using Helm charts and Docker Compose.
Maintain Helm charts for BOUD and related application.
Ensure best practices are followed in terms of containerization, scalability, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance during the deployment process, including troubleshooting and addressing potential issues.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate application development with deployment processes.
Create and maintain documentation on deployment architectures, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud services.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
Monthly salary range: SAR 50,000 – SAR 70,000
